Jean Shrem
Jean Shrem, principal of Shrem Law Group, has over 12 years of experience as an attorney. She earned her J.D. Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997. During the dot com era, Jean worked as in-house corporate counsel for several software and technology companies. Jean started Shrem Law Group in 2001 and has also been a licensed real estate broker since 2002. As in-house corporate counsel, Jean worked with small and medium sized companies to ensure their businesses were legally protected while their profits were maximized. She primarily helped obtain licensed software and technology, negotiated service contracts, protected intellectual property, ensured legal compliance and performed various other legal business and corporate services.
Jean provides legal advice, protections and risk management for the small business. Her particular areas of expertise include business contracts, licensing, compliance, real estate, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
