The Incubate Group, founded by Peter Leahy and Ellen Holbrook, is a new company focused on the development, licensing and commercialization of innovative forms of Intellectual Property including electronic educational and entertainment media, traditional board games and online e-community based affinity marketing.

The founders have excellent experience in the Intellectual Property, entertainment and media market segments, have worked together before in several different IP based companies, and have excellent educational credentials (Peter has an MBA from UCLA and Ellen has an MBA from Harvard Business School).

The company has completed its business and financial plans, started operations using a consulting business model to drive short-term revenues, and is working with the SBDC to raise long-term equity capital.

Peter and Ellen attended “Preparing a Successful Business Plan” and “Banks, SBA Loans, and Start-Up Financing” in Spring 2007.
